Celebrations at Perm State Medical University | Jan 2022

The Perm State Medical University hosted a grand Fresher's party for all its international students on 15th January 2021.

A special invitation was extended to Mr. Subrata Das, Minister of Education of the Embassy of the Republic of India in the Russian Federation, and Professor S.K. Washim, Chairman of Rus Education.

In the presence of all of the esteemed guests, an agreement of cooperation between Perm State Medical University and Rus Education is signed. Through the signing of this Agreement, Indian students will be able to undergo practical training directly in a healthcare environment that meets the norms and standards of organizing work in the healthcare industry in India.

Additionally, Minaeva Natalia Vitalievna, the Rector of PSMU, Rozhnev Evgeny Valerievich, the Deputy Minister of Health of the Perm Krai, Mr. Miznur Rehman Chowdhury, Representative of Rus Education, and others were in attendance at the event.

Many employees of the University have been recognized for their work in supporting international education and training for foreign students.

Post the ceremony, the university students had organised a welcome party for all the first year international students. This event featured seniors who sang, danced, and acted. In this event, first-year students had the opportunity to mingle with their classmates and seniors. The overall event concluded with much happiness, laughter and many newly formed friendships.
