Grand Diwali Celebrations at Perm State Medical University

Perm State Medical University recently celebrated the auspicious festival of Diwali the grand way on 24th Oct 2022. The venue was decorated with blinding lights, colourful flowers and bright Diyas. The celebration started with the customary puja of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Laxmi. The celebration was also joined by the enchanted presence of the Pro-Rector of PSMU, Ms Anna Mikhaylovna Bocharova and Vice Dean, Dr Vikas Saxena along with the staff of the Dean Office.

The celebration was soon followed by devotional and peppy performances from the students. The celebration was not only a grand affair but also a memorable one for many as it was the first festival that several Indian students including former Ukraine returned medical students celebrated with their new families at PSMU.

The entire celebration was broadcasted live on all the social media platforms and several friends and parents from India also became a part of the celebrations.
