PSMU Students Get Research Paper Featured in Scientific Journal

Two students from Perm State Medical University have got a research paper published in a Scientific Journal called Science Bulletin. Students Soham Muherjee and Sagar Kumar prepared a detailed research paper on the topic of "Outbreak of Novel Corona Virus" which was published in the Science Bulletin. The students were also awarded a certificate duly signed by Chief Editor of Science Bulletin, Lyubov Rasskazova, for publishing the research paper.

Novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) was first reported from Wuhan, China, on 31 December 2019. The virus outbreak has claimed 1,013 lives globally with 974 cases from the disease’s epicenter. The number of cases reported around the world (28 countries and territories) with the virus has reportedly crossed 42,500 with the majority cases being in China. 

The research paper thus submitted and published by the Soham Muherjee and Sagar Kumar from Perm State Medical University comes at a critical time when more understanding of the virus and its implications is required.
